Canadian Rides Bike Across Canada for Ethiopian Children

The Armstrong resident has committed to cycle across Canada and raise funds for a charity that invests in primary education in Ethiopia. Ethiopia is one of the world’s 10 poorest nations, and it’s estimated that 200,000 classrooms need to be built to provide access for the over three million children in Ethiopia that are currently out of school.

Rachel Moxham may be a small town girl but she has some big goals. She plans on raising $25,000 by biking across Canada for the organization Imagine1Day, an organization that aims to provide primary education for the children of Ethiopia.

Imagine one day...everyone has the chance to discover their full potential. I'm on my way as I cycle across Canada with a goal to raise $25,000 for girls education in Ethiopia.
